Court hears Witness case

WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- An attorney for a small Ohio community told a very skeptical Supreme Court Tuesday that an ordinance requiring Jehovah Witnesses and others to register before going door to door was constitutional. The lawyer said the ordinance was "content neutral."
