SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 6 (UPI) -- A possible plot to attack bridges in California was discounted as "not credible" in a federal advisory issued Tuesday to law enforcement agencies. Gov. Gray Davis, who announced the threat last week, had no immediate comment although a spokesman said there was no stand down of the increased security.
