NEW YORK, Oct. 11 (UPI) -- A $10 million check given by Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud of Saudi Arabia has not been accepted by the Twin Towers Fund, New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani said. The donation for the victims of the World Trade Center terrorist attack was refused Thursday after the prince said the United States should have a more balanced stance toward the Palestinian cause.
