'Top Chef's' Gail Simmons expecting baby No. 2

Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Top Chef judge Gail Simmons is expecting her second child with husband Jeremy Abrams.

"We are thrilled that a sibling is on the way for our daughter Dahlia Rae, who is almost 4," Simmons said to People magazine Monday.

Simmons' pregnancy was also confirmed by Us Weekly.

Simmons, 41, and Abrams, a music executive, welcomed their first child Dahlia in December 2013. The couple tied the knot in 2008.

Simmons, who released a new cookbook in October titled Bringing It Home: Favorite Recipes from a Life of Adventurous Eating, will be seen once again on Top Chef when Season 15 premieres Thursday at 10 p.m. EST on Bravo.
