Nick Kyrgios withdrew from Wimbledon on Monday.

The 20th seed in the men's draw fell behind two sets to Pierre-Hugues Herbert and was clearly ailing with a hip injury.

The usually boisterous Kyrgios was instead reserved, pausing to sit quietly in his courtside seat with his head in a towel between sets.

The 22-year-old Australian said the injury is to the same hip he hurt two weeks ago.
