May 16 (UPI) -- The Argentina Football Association is investigating after a World Cup manual with details on how to seduce Russian women was distributed at its headquarters.
Russian language teacher Eduardo Pennisi held a course for executives, players, coaches and journalists Tuesday in Buenos Aires, regarding this summer's tournament in Russia.
The attendees were given a manual, titled Russian Language and Culture. It included a chapter titled: "What to do to have an opportunity with a Russian woman."
"Many men, because the Russian women are pretty, only want to go to bed with them," a passage read, according to Marca. "Maybe they want that too, but they are people who want to feel important and unique."The advice is to treat the woman opposite you like a worthy person."
Pennisi told Clarin that the AFA approved the manual.
"Russian ladies like men who take initiative," said another passage. "If you don't have confidence in yourself then you need to practice speaking with many women."
"Normally, Russian women pay attention to important things, but of course, you will find women who pay attention to material things -- on money, if you are attractive, what you tell them. Do no worry. There are many beautiful women in Russia and not all of them are for you. Be selective," read another one.
The class was interrupted and the AFA took back the booklet, removed the pages, and handed it back to the class, according to Clarin.
The AFA later apologized for the publication. La Nacion reported that the AFA is investigating the matter.
"We regret that this mistake has overshadowed the importance of the day and the permanent educational activity provided by AFA, expressing our sincere apologies to those who were affected by the publication," the AFA said in a statement.
