July 23 (UPI) -- Brazilian soccer star Neymar was with Barcelona for their 2-1 victory Saturday, despite being linked in transfer rumors to Paris Saint-Germain.

And he filled up the stat sheet at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. for the International Champions Cup win.

His first goal came 15 minutes into the sold out match. Neymar took a pass from Lionel Messi on the left side of the field before dribbling toward to box. He fired a give-and-go pass to Paco Alcacer, slipping behind the defense. Neymar then rolled the ball with his right foot before firing it past keeper Gianluigi Buffon and into the top of the net for a score.

He struck again at 25 minutes. On that play, Andres Iniesta slipped a pass to Messi. Messi then fired a one-touch ball to Neymar on the left flank. Neymar juked two defenders, splitting them and sprinting toward goal.

He looked to be surrounded, but he somehow managed to slide horizontally away from a group of white and black jerseys. Despite being crowded by six white shirts, Neymar finished an off balance attempt with a screamer past Buffon for his second goal.

Neymar nearly had a hat-trick later in the match, but couldn't finish a beautiful pass from Messi.

Multiple sources reported Saturday that Neymar had agreed to terms with Paris Saint-Germain, despite Barcelona denying the rumored move. Marca reported Sunday that Neymar will sign a six-year deal with PSG.

"Barca are not going to go without Neymar," Barca coach Ernesto Valverde told Sport. "We want him with us, we know the importance he has in our play."

Barcelona battles Manchester United at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at FedEx Field in Landover, Md. before their El Clasico matchup against Real Madrid on July 29 in Miami. PSG faces Juventus on Wednesday in Miami.
