March 13 (UPI) -- Barcelona's 6-1 victory against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League is being called into question.

More than 200,000 people have signed a Change.org petition to have the match replayed. Barcelona beat Paris Saint-Germain Wednesday at Camp Nou. The victory carried it through the quarterfinals. The petition started on Friday, originating from Real Madrid fan Luis Melendo Olmedo. The petition is critical of referee Deniz Aytekin, saying he committed mistakes during the match.

"Incidents seriously hurt PSG," the website says. "As a result of arbitration of the German Deniz Aytekin who benefited from his actions or his arbitration FC Barcelona."

"I therefore question the aptitude of referee Deniz Aytekin for his serious mistakes during the match."

"I present evidence for anyone who wants to see them."

The petition says Luis Suarez had an offsides goal and calls other penalties throughout the game.

Barcelona battles Valencia at 3:45 p.m. Sunday, March 19 at Camp Nou.

PSG has not appealed the match, accepting the defeat.

Spanish newspaper Marca reported Thursday that Aytekin could be forced to the sideline by UEFA for the remainder of Champions league action.
