The San Francisco 49ers beat the Arizona Cardinals 35-16 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., on Sunday. The 49ers remain undefeated at 4-0 and have won 14 consecutive regular season games. 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey scored four touchdowns.
