The Green Bay Packers beat the San Francisco 49ers 38-10 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis., on Sunday. Packers running back Josh Jacobs ran for 106 yards and three touchdowns. The Packers stand at 8-3; the 49ers are 5-6.
