March Madness: Michigan State defeats New Mexico (15 images)

The Michigan State Spartans beat the New Mexico Lobos 71-63 to reach the Sweet 16 in the second round of the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament at Rocket Arena in Cleveland on Sunday. The Spartans' Jaden Akins scored 16 points, while Tre Holloman added 14. This is the 16th time coach Tom Izzo has reached the Sweet 16.
