MLB: Pittsburgh Pirates defeat Miami Marlins (10 images)

The Pittsburgh Pirates beat the Miami Marlins 3-2 at at PNC Park in Pittsburgh on Monday. Pirates rookie pitcher Paul Skenes struck out nine over six innings, breaking the franchise's record for strikeouts in a season by a rookie that was set in 1900. Skenes' strikeout total is 151. The Pirates stand at 68-76.
