Carlos Alcaraz captured his fifth ATP Masters 1000 title on Sunday when he overcame German Jan-Lennard Struff 6-4, 3-6, 6-3, to successfully defend his crown at the Mutua Madrid Open in Spain. Aryna Sabalenka continued her stunning 2023 form by topping world No. 1 Iga Swiatek 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 a day earlier.
