Buffalo Bills' Damar Hamlin suffers cardiac arrest on Monday Night Football(12 images)

Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest on the field at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati on January 2, 2023. During the Monday Night Football game, Hamlin tackled Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins in the first quarter before collapsing. Hamlin's heart stopped, but his heartbeat was restored on the field by responders before he was taken to the hospital. The game was halted, then postponed, as players and fans watched in stunned silence.
