Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Left wing Nick Foligno had a sensational blind between the legs assist during the Columbus Blue Jackets' 2-1 win against the Washington Capitals.

The crafty helper came in the first period of the Blue Jackets' triumph on Friday at Nationwide Arena in Columbus.

Alex Wennberg first found Foligno on the left side of the net before the winger was covered up by four Capitals defenders. Foligno still managed the slip a no-look pass between his own legs and a defender's legs before it found a wide-open Oliver Bjorkstrand.

Bjorkstrand smacked a one-timer on Braden Holtby's glove side for the score.

Capitals defenseman Matt Niskanen tied the game at 7:53 in the second period. Anthony Duclair scored the game-winning goal at 5:09 in the final frame for the Blue Jackets.

The Blue Jackets host the New York Rangers at 7 p.m. on Saturday in Columbus. Washington hosts the Arizona Coyotes at 5 p.m. on Sunday at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.
