St. Louis Blues center Patrik Berglund is expected to be sidelined until December after undergoing surgery to repair a dislocated left shoulder, the team announced Wednesday.

Berglund sustained the injury during his offseason conditioning program in his native Sweden. The 29-year-old will have a late start before entering the first season of a five-year, $19.25 million contract in 2017-18.
