COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Jimmy Vesey scored to snap a tie with 6:32 remaining in the third period and the New York Rangers posted a 3-2 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday night.

Dan Girardi and Kevin Hayes also scored goals and Antti Raanta made 30 saves for New York. It was the Rangers' sixth consecutive win.

Brandon Dubinsky and Nick Foligno scored for Columbus. Sergei Bobrovsky turned aside 20 shots.

Blue Jackets forward Scott Hartnell suffered a lower-body injury early in the game when he crashed into the boards after chasing a puck. He did not play in the final two periods.

Arizona Coyotes 5, Calgary Flames 0

CALGARY, Alberta -- Christian Dvorak scored twice and goalie Mike Smith had a 36-save shutout as Arizona dumped Calgary.

Martin Hanzal, Jordan Martinook and Ryan White also scored for the Coyotes (19-28-7), who have won two straight and three of four. Dvorak added an assist on White's goal for a three-point night. Smith picked up his second shutout of the season and 32nd of his 11-year career.

Calgary (28-26-3) lost its first game coming off a five-day bye week.
