VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Reid Boucher is moving to Canada.
The Vancouver Canucks claimed the 23-year-old off of waivers Wednesday. He was the No. 99 pick in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.

The forward played for the Nashville Predators and New Jersey Devils this season. He has 30 points in 85 career games since 2013. He also has 110 points in 169 American Hockey League Games. Boucher has 12 career scores and 18 assists in the NHL.
The Canucks face the Calgary Flames at 10 p.m. Friday at Rogers Arena.
