MIAMI, Sept. 27 (UPI) -- Noah Fant is among my four must-start tight ends for Week 4 of the fantasy football season.

My Week 4 rankings for quarterbacks, running backs and wide receivers remain available for your preparation. These rankings will be updated for developments, including injuries.

T.J. Hockenson, Travis Kelce, Sam LaPorta, Dallas Goedert and Mark Andrews lead my Top 20 rankings, which are listed below. Evan Engram, George Kittle, David Njoku, Darren Waller and Luke Musgrave round out my Top 10 plays.

Laporta joins Fant, Musgrave and Dawson Knox among my must-start picks for Week 4.

Sam LaPorta

LaPorta is the second-best tight end in fantasy football so far this season, trailing only Hockenson in points. The Detroit Lions rookie totaled 11 targets through his first two games. He received that same total in Week 3, when he went off for eight catches, 84 yards and a score in a win over the Atlanta Falcons.

LaPorta, the second-most targeted tight end in the NFL, led the position in fantasy points in Week 3. He should provide elite production once again when the Lions face the Green Bay Packers on Thursday in Green Bay, Wis.

Look for LaPorta to receive at least eight targets against the Packers. I expect him to turn those looks into 80 yards and a score. He is my No. 3 play for Week 4.

Luke Musgrave

Musgrave is another rookie who should be in starting lineups this week for leagues that require starting tight ends. The Packers pass catcher did not score a touchdown through his first three games, but averaged more than 41 yards per game over that span.

Musgrave drew a season-high eight targets in Week 3, when he totaled six catches for 49 yards in a win over the New Orleans Saints. This week, Musgrave will battle a Lions defense that allowed a league-high 263 receiving yards and 25 catches to tight ends through three weeks.

The Lions surrendered 88 yards on 11 catches last week to Atlanta Falcons tight ends. They allowed nine catches and 132 yards to Seattle Seahawks tight ends in Week 2.

Musgrave, my No. 10 option, should provide his stock owners with at least six catches for 60 yards in Week 4. He will be a Top 5 play if he reaches the end zone for the first time in his career.

Dawson Knox

Knox is my No. 13 option and is a great streaming play for Week 4, when his Buffalo Bills host the Miami Dolphins.

The Bills tight end scored once, but only logged 46 yards over his first three games this season. He averaged four targets in those appearances.

The Dolphins allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to tight ends through three weeks. I expect their defense to focus mostly on limiting the Bills running game and outside receiving threats, forcing quarterback Josh Allen to check down to players running shorter routes, like Knox and his running backs.

He should see a season-high in targets this week, but remains a touchdown-or-bust play.

Noah Fant

Fant failed to secure a catch in Week 1, but caught four passes in each of his last two games. He totaled 97 yards during that span.

This week, Fant and the Seahawks will face the New York Giants. The Giants did not allow a touchdown, but surrendered the second-most yards (189) to tight ends through three weeks.

George Kittle went off for 90 yards on seven catches in Week 3 against the Giants. Zach Ertz totaled six catches for 56 yards in Week 2 against the same defense.

Look for Fant to provide Ertz-like statistics in Week 4. I expect at least 50 yards from the Seahawks pass catcher. He is the No. 14 player in my Week 4 rankings.
