Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Patrick Mahomes is back on top of my weekly fantasy football quarterback rankings, following the Kansas City Chiefs' Week 12 bye.

Drew Brees, Cam Newton, Ben Roethlisberger and Jared Goff follow Mahomes in the top 5 of my Week 13 quarterback rankings.

If you are streaming the position, or just want to keep a talented gunslinger away from an opponent, take a look at some of my top players to add and drop off of your waiver wire for Week 13.

Here are my Top 20 options at the position this week.

TOP 20 WEEK 13 RANKINGS BELOW

TOP SHELF

Mahomes was likely the steal of your fantasy football draft. The Chiefs star is in line for yet another huge performance in Week 13 with a matchup against the Oakland Raiders, a unit that has allowed the most passing yards and the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Mahomes is coming off of a six-touchdown performance and has thrown multiple touchdown passes in six consecutive games. He should have a huge day in this AFC West clash.

Seattle Seahawks star Russell Wilson is my No. 6 option at quarterback for Week 13. Wilson has thrown multiple touchdown passes in seven consecutive games. He faces the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13, a unit allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to opposing passers. Wilson is an elite QB1 down the stretch.

SNEAKY PLAYS

Tampa Bay Buccaneers passer Jameis Winston has had an up-and-down 2018 campaign, but I like him as a QB1 this week against the Carolina Panthers. Winston is my No. 7 option for the week as he faces a defense allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Winston has thrown multiple touchdown passes in back-to-back games entering the matchup and should do so again in Week 13.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is heating up at the right time. He hasn't had back-to-back games with multiple passing scores yet this season and just threw two touchdowns in Week 12 against the Washington Redskins, but he is providing value on the ground. Prescott has a rushing touchdown in three consecutive games. He has scored on the ground in five of his last six appearances. I expect a strong showing from my No. 14 quarterback in Week 13 as he faces the New Orleans Saints, a unit allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Prescott is a QB1 in deeper leagues for the final week of the fantasy football regular season.

LONGSHOTS

Baltimore Ravens rookie Lamar Jackson is a highlight waiting to happen. This week he faces the Atlanta Falcons, a unit allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. While Jackson only has one passing score in his last two games, he also has 1080 rushing yards and a score on 37 attempts. I expect Jackson to cut it loose in this matchup. He is my No. 16 option at the position and is a streaming option if you need help at the position.

Denver Broncos quarterback Case Keenum could be useful this week if you are desperate at the position. Keenum is facing the Cincinnati Bengals, a defense allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing passers. He is my No. 17 option this week and is a decent dart throw if you are looking for an passer with a chance at two touchdown passes.
