Nov. 27 (UPI) -- We've finally reached the final week of the fantasy football regular season. You likely know by now if you are going to the playoffs or will be sitting out during the postseason. If you are still in the hunt, make sure to take a look at your waiver wire for an edge in helping secure your playoff spot.
Week 13's waiver wire is not very deep, but there are some names who could still help you in the postseason, especially if one of your starters gets hurt. Make sure to trim the fat off of your roster if you have any, in order to add solid depth or maybe handcuff that elite running back.
There are no more bye weeks so your squad should be ready to roll, unless you are dealing with injuries.
Here are my top players to add and top players to drop for Week 13.
ALL-ADD TEAM
QB | Baker Mayfield; RB | Austin Ekeler, Carlos Hyde; WR Adam Humphries, Bruce Ellington; TE | Gerald Everett; D/ST | New Orleans Saints; K | Brandon McManus
HONORABLE MENTIONS
QB | Josh Allen; RB | Justin Jackson, Malcolm Brown; WR | Dontrelle Inman, David Moore; TE | Jonnu Smith; D/ST | Green Bay Packers
TOP DROPS
QB | Andy Dalton; RB | Alex Collins; WR | Chris Godwin, Marvin Jones; TE | Jack Doyle

QUARTERBACK
Mayfield is my top waiver wire add at quarterback in Week 13. The Cleveland Browns gunslinger was a top-5 option in Week 12 and has a matchup in Week 13 against the Houston Texans. He enters the contest with multiple touchdown passes in five consecutive games. Mayfield is a decent streaming option if you don't have an elite player at the position.
RUNNING BACK
Ekeler is a no-brainer top priority waiver claim. The Los Angeles Chargers running back could be a multiple-week starting RB2 with RB1 upside after a knee injury to Melvin Gordon in Week 12. Ekeler had 103 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown on 15 touches in Week 12. He should come close to those numbers -- if not produce even better statistics -- in Week 13 with a full workload.
Hyde will see a lot of action in Week 13 following a suspension to Jacksonville Jaguars starter Leonard Fournette. The veteran running back could produce RB2 numbers in Week 13. Hyde hasn't had a great season, averaging just 3.4 yards per carry, but he has scored five times on the ground. You can stream him and hope for a touchdown in this spot at RB2 or flex.
WIDE RECEIVER
Humphries has WR3 upside in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense. He should be added to your squad if you need help at wide receiver. Humphries is trending in the right direction at just the right time, with four touchdowns in his last four games. I expect another solid game in Week 13 against the Carolina Panthers.
TIGHT END
Everett is a sneaky option at tight end if you need help at the position. The Los Angeles Rams pass-catcher has scored in back-to-back games, including two scores in Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs. He should see a handful of targets once again in Week 13 against the Oakland Raiders. He has a good shot to score again against this beatable secondary.
