Cleveland Browns interim head coach Gregg Williams is focused on his team's upcoming opponent, rather than who will be on its sideline. Williams dismissed the notion that former coach Hue Jackson will provide any additional motivation for the Browns (3-6-1) on Sunday (1 p.m. ET) when they visit the Cincinnati Bengals (5-5).

Jackson served as the coach of Cleveland for two-plus seasons before being fired on Oct. 29. The 53-year-old was hired by the Bengals on Nov. 13 as a special assistant to the head coach in the wake of defensive coordinator Teryl Austin's departure.
"I wouldn't think that any of (the players) will need any extra juice," Williams said, via the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "That's not what we're really about in that respect. I would probably say no."
Williams also shrugged off the belief that Jackson could provide the Bengals with any inside information on the Browns, with whom he posted a 3-36-1 record.
"There's nothing private in our world anymore," Williams said. "Every single clip of film is out there for everybody to watch. It's about execution. We have to go and execute."
The AFC North rivals will tangle twice in the last six games of the season -- a fact that wasn't lost on Cleveland cornerback Damarious Randall last week.
"In other words Hue we play the browns twice tell us what you know," Randall wrote on Twitter.
