Green Bay Packers defensive end Mike Daniels is expected to sit out a few weeks with a foot injury, according to a published report Sunday.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Daniels visited with Dr. Robert Anderson and is expected to receive a more specific timeline for his length of absence later this week.

Daniels was injured in the second half of Green Bay's 27-24 setback to the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday. He has 18 tackles and two sacks in 10 games this season.

The 29-year-old has not missed a game this season for the Packers (4-5-1), who fell to 0-5 on the road.

Listed at 6-foot and 310 pounds, Daniels has recorded 225 tackles, 29 sacks, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries in 102 career games since being selected by Green Bay in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft.

Daniels wasn't the only member of the Packers to get injured in Thursday's game as cornerback Bashaud Breeland aggravated a groin injury in the first half while tight end Jimmy Graham injured his thumb.

Graham, who was a former member of the Seahawks, had a 13-yard catch on Green Bay's first offensive play for his lone reception of the game.

Backup safety Raven Greene also sustained an ankle injury in the contest.
