Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Todd Gurley, Ezekiel Elliott, David Johnson, Melvin Gordon and Kareem Hunt top my Week 11 fantasy football running back rankings.
Saquon Barkley, Christian McCaffrey, Alvin Kamara, Aaron Jones and James Conner round out the top 10 of my weekly rankings.
Make sure that running backs from the Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, New York Jets and San Francisco 49ers are out of your lineups as those teams have Week 11 byes.
If you are needy at the position, check out my waiver wire add/drops for Week 11.
Here are my Top 30 options at the position this week.
FULL TOP 30 WEEK 11 RANKINGS BELOW
TOP SHELF
Gurley is my No. 1 running back for Week 11 and it isn't close. The Los Angeles Rams star is having an MVP caliber campaign and already has 17 touchdowns on the season, in addition to his 1,300-plus yards from scrimmage. This week he should feast on the Kansas City Chiefs, a unit allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs.
Elliott is my No. 2 running back for Week 11. The Dallas Cowboys star is on pace for a career-high in touches and is being used as a pass-catcher more than ever before. This week the Cowboys face the Atlanta Falcons, a unit allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. Elliott is also coming off of a huge Week 10 performance and should build on that strong showing against this beatable Falcons defense.
SNEAKY PLAYS
McCaffrey is my No. 7 running back for Week 11. The Carolina Panthers star has eclipsed 100 yards from scrimmage and scored in back-to-back games. This week he faces the Detroit Lions, a unit allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. Start McCaffrey as a high-end RB1 down the stretch.
Jones is my No. 9 option and is another RB1 option in Week 11. The Green Bay Packers ball carrier erupted for 145 yards and two touchdowns in Week 10 against the Miami Dolphins. This week he has a matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. I expect the Packers to keep feeding Jones and control the tempo of his game.
LONGSHOTS
Jacksonville Jaguars workhorse Leonard Fournette is my No. 11 running back for Week 11. Fournette returned to his first game action since Week 4 in Week 10, running for 53 yards and a score on 24 carries and hauling in five catches for 56 yards and a score. This week he is a low-end RB1 or high end RB2, depending on your league size. I expect him to be used heavily agains the Pittsburgh Steelers as the Jaguars look to keep their opponent's high-powered attack off of the field.
Alex Collins and the Baltimore Ravens face the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11. I have Collins listed as my No. 17 option as he faces a defense allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. Collins has four scores over his last four games and he has a high chance at reaching pay dirt once again in this matchup.
