Nov. 13 (UPI) -- There are just three weeks remaining in the regular season of most fantasy football leagues, but you should still be on the lookout for rising stars and depth for the playoffs.

That is why I have provided some of my top waiver wire add/drops for Week 11. There are several players who emerged in Week 10 due to a great performance or an injury to a player above them on the depth chart.

You should be looking to add to your squad just as aggressively as you are looking to prevent other teams in your league from getting better or beating you down the stretch.

There are also six teams on a bye this week, so you need to make sure you have your starting lineup filled out so you don't end up with a zero in the scoring column. Bench all players from the Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, New York Jets and San Francisco 49ers, as those teams are sitting out in Week 11.

Here are my top players to add and top players to drop for Week 11.

ALL-ADD TEAM

QB | Marcus Mariota; RB | Rashaad Penny, Josh Adams, Frank Gore; WR | Corey Davis, Allen Robinson; TE | Tyler Higbee; D/ST | Tennessee Titans; K | Ka'imi Fairbairn

HONORABLE MENTIONS

QB | Blake Bortles, Lamar Jackson; RB | Elijah McGuire, Spencer Ware; WR | Maurice Harris, Josh Reynolds; TE | Chris Herndon; D/ST | Arizona Cardinals

TOP DROPS

QB | Nick Mullens; RB | Jamaal Williams, Le'Veon Bell; WR | Cooper Kupp; TE | Ricky Seals-Jones

QUARTERBACK

Mariota will be one of those players added by teams needing a quarterback in Week 11 due to a bye. The Tennessee Titans gunslinger did not get off to a great start this season, with just two passing scores in his first five games. He has been much better as of late, throwing two touchdowns in each of his last two games. Mariota also had a rushing touchdown during that stretch, along with 53 yards on the ground. He has a solid matchup this week against the Indianapolis Colts and could help your playoff push.

RUNNING BACK

Penny is rising up with a new opportunity in the Seattle Seahawks backfield as starter Chris Carson is banged up. The rookie went off for 108 yards and a score on 12 carries in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams. While Carson is expected to return in Week 11, I do think Penny showed enough in Week 10 to be added to your bench.

Gore has been the best running back in the Miami Dolphins backfield this season. Now Kenyan Drake is dealing with a shoulder injury. While the Dolphins have a bye in Week 10, Gore could help your team down the road and should definitely be added for depth purposes.

WIDE RECEIVER

Davis erupted for 125 yards and a touchdown in the Titans' Week 10 upset over the New England Patriots. He is now up to 576 yards and two scores on 43 catches this season for the Titans. Davis has WR2 upside down the stretch, especially with Mariota heating up. Add him now if you need wide receiver help immediately or depth down the stretch.

TIGHT END

Higbee isn't setting the field on fire, but he has now scored twice this season for the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams just lost Kupp for the season and I expect Jared Goff to spread the ball around, helping elevate Higbee's target share. He is a decent bye week fill-in this week against the Kansas City Chiefs, a unit that has allowed the second-most receiving yards to opposing tight ends.
