Austin, 53, joined the Bengals' staff this offseason after serving the same role for the Detroit Lions from 2014 through 2017. He entered the NFL ranks in 2003 as a defensive backs coach for the Seattle Seahawks. Austin also coached up the Arizona Cardinals and Baltimore Ravens secondaries before joining the Lions.
