Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Kansas City Chiefs superstar Patrick Mahomes tops my Week 10 fantasy football quarterback rankings.

Behind Mahomes, I have Drew Brees, Aaron Rogers, Cam Newton and Philip Rivers in my top five.

Deshaun Watson, Kirk Cousins, Case Keenum and Joe Flacco should be on your bench or on your waiver wire as those players have Week 10 byes and should not be in starting lineups.

If you need a replacement quarterback, are streaming the position, or just want to keep a talented gunslinger away from your fantasy football foe, take a look at some of my top players to add and drop off of your waiver wire for Week 10.

Here are my Top 20 options at the position this week.

TOP 20 WEEK 10 RANKINGS BELOW

TOP SHELF

Brees is my No. 2 option at quarterback for Week 10. The New Orleans Saints superstar has thrown for multiple scores in three of his last four games and just torched the Los Angeles Rams with four passing scores and 346 yards. Brees is also completing a ridiculous 76.3 percent of his passes and has 18 touchdowns against just one interception on the season. This week the Saints face the Cincinnati Bengals, a unit allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.

Rivers lands at No. 5 in my Week 10 quarterback rankings. The Los Angeles Chargers veteran has thrown multiple touchdown passes is every game this season and is going up against the Oakland Raiders, a unit allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game to the position.

SNEAKY PLAYS

Washington Redskins quarterback Alex Smith is my No. 14 option at the position this week, landing in streaming territory in deeper leagues. Smith has a matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a defense allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Smith isn't lighting it up, but I expect him to throw for multiple touchdowns in this game against a brutal defense.

Bengals gunslinger Andy Dalton is my No. 15 option at quarterback in Week 10. The Bengals are playing the Saints, a unit allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. While Dalton will be playing without star pass-catcher A.J. Green, I do see him airing it out enough in this bout to garner fantasy football relevance.

LONGSHOTS

Eli Manning might be having an awful season, but he is possibly worth a streaming start if you are in a jam in Week 10. The New York Giants veteran is my No. 17 option. Manning has thrown for at least 300 yards in three of his last four starts. He is also coming off of a bye and facing a San Francisco 49ers defense allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.

Cleveland Browns rookie Baker Mayfield is my No. 18 quarterback this week, but should only be used if you are in a crunch. Mayfield is going up against an Atlanta Falcons secondary allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Mayfield has thrown multiple touchdown passes in three consecutive games entering this juicy matchup.
