Ex-NFL quarterback Matt Leinart weds actress Josie Loren

May 29 (UPI) -- Matt Leinart is no longer a free agent ... after getting married to actress Josie Loren.

Leinart and Loren tied the knot Saturday at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C. The ceremony was at the Basilica of St. Lawrence and performed by the Rev. Manny Alvarez from the Immaculate Conception Church in Miami.

Several celebrities attended the event, including former 98 Degrees frontman Nick Lachey, who performed Stevie Wonder's Superstition at the reception.

Lachey's wife, Vanessa (Minnillo) Lachey, also attended the ceremony. The reception took place at Crest Center & Pavilion.

Leinart teased the wedding last week, writing: "five days and counting until I call you my wife," on Instagram. Loren, 31, posted photos from her bachelorette party in early May.

Loren and Leinart were engaged on July 23, 2016. The 17 Again, The Mentalist, Make It or Break it and Hannah Montana actress announced the engagement on Instagram.

Leinart, 35, played seven seasons in the NFL for the Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans and Oakland Raiders. He last tried out for the Buffalo Bills, but was cut prior to the 2013 season. Leinart now serves as a college football analyst for Fox Sports and is a real estate agent in California. He also runs a flag football league in Irvine, Calif.
