Anderson is looking to set the bar even higher after signing a one-year, $1.7 million deal with the Carolina Panthers.
"The 1,000 yards? That was just a start," Anderson told the Charlotte Observer.
Anderson technically rushed for 1,007 yards on 245 carries with three touchdowns in 16 games with the Broncos last season. He also had 28 receptions for 224 yards and a score.
The 27-year-old Anderson believes he can keep churning out the yards in his first season with the Panthers.
"I should be in my prime," Anderson told the newspaper. "I think I have an opportunity to do something really special here. I asked for the one-year deal. I want to prove myself that I can still play this game at a high level."
Anderson joins a backfield that consists of holdovers Christian McCaffrey and Cameron Artis-Payne as well as Elijah Hood and Kenjon Barner.
