Two-time Pro Bowl defensive end Carlos Dunlap was the lone member of the Bengals to be absent from organized team activities, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported on Tuesday.

Dunlap, who forfeited a $300,000 workout bonus by skipping earlier workouts, is expected to make $7 million this season. He is in a contract year after signing a six-year, $40.6 million extension in 2013.

The 29-year-old has routinely posted private drills in Florida on his social media accounts, but hasn't publicly revealed his reasoning to steer clear from the club during the voluntary period.

The Bengals have voluntary OTA sessions the next two weeks before mandatory minicamp is slated for June 12-14.

Dunlap has recorded 361 career tackles and 64.5 sacks since being selected by Cincinnati in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He has played in all 16 games in each of his last five seasons.
