Oakland's lone remaining unsigned draft pick is LSU defensive end Arden Key, who also was picked in the third round.

Parker was the second of two tackles the Raiders selected in the opening three rounds of last month's draft. The Raiders traded up with the Baltimore Ravens to select him 65th overall.

Parker was named the MEAC Conference offensive lineman of the year three times at North Carolina A&T and enhanced his stock with a solid showing at the Senior Bowl in January. He made all of his 48 starts at left tackle and was a three-time FCS All-American at the position.

Nelson was picked 110th overall out of Wisconsin, where he played one season after transferring from Hawaii. In three seasons, he totaled 124 tackles (95 solo), 42 passes defensed, one sack and two forced fumbles.
