Howard, who is listed at 6-foot-7 and 330 pounds, joins a Colts team that used the sixth overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft on Notre Dame guard Quinton Nelson and a second-round selection on Auburn guard Braden Smith. Joe Haeg, Denzelle Good and Le'Raven Clark could also compete for the spot.
