The 20-year-old Darnold will throw at the Trojans' pro day on March 21, per NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.

Quarterbacks will arrive at the combine in Indianapolis on Wednesday, but do not participate in on-field workouts until Saturday. The other top quarterbacks in this year's draft class -- Josh Allen (Wyoming), Baker Mayfield (Oklahoma) and Josh Rosen (UCLA) -- all plan to throw at the combine, per Rapoport.

Darnold threw for 4,143 yards on 63.1 percent passing with 26 touchdowns and 13 interceptions as a sophomore last season. He also lost eight lost fumbles during an 11-3 season that ended with USC losing to Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl.

Darnold had a 20-4 record as USC's starter.
