Dec. 12 (UPI) -- Congratulations! If you are reading this, you have likely advanced in the fantasy football playoffs.
That means you should be sticking with the players who helped you get here. At the wide receiver position, I have Keenan Allen at the top of my list for Week 15.
Antonio Brown, Michael Thomas, Julio Jones and Adam Thielen round out my top five options at the position this week.
But fear not, you can still take advantage of some great matchups for wide receivers facing porous defenses. Read below for brief descriptions of some of my other favorite options at wide receiver.
Here are my Top 50 options at the position this week.
TOP 50 WEEK 15 RANKINGS BELOW
TOP SHELF
Los Angeles Chargers target Keenan Allen has been torching NFL secondaries in the second half. He has eclipsed 100 receiving yards in four consecutive games. He also has four scores in his last four starts. Allen has 39 receptions in those contests. This week he gets the Kansas City Chiefs, a defense allowing the second-most fantasy points per game, second-most receiving scores and second-most receiving touchdowns to opposing wide receivers. Allen is my No. 1 wide receiver for Week 15 and a WR1 for the rest of the postseason.
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas is another player heating up at just the right time. Thomas is my No. 3 option for Week 15 and another never-sit WR1. He has scored a touchdown in back-to-back games and went off for a season-high 10 catches and 117 yards in last week's loss to the Atlanta Falcons. This week he gets a New York Jets secondary allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game and fourth-most receiving scores to opposing wide receivers. Week 15 has "monster performance" written all over it for Thomas.
SNEAKY PLAYS
Julio Jones is my No. 4 wide reicever this week. Although 2017 has been a down year for the Atlanta Falcons' best offensive weapon, he should stay in your lineup. In Week 15, his Falcons travel for an NFC South showdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa Bay is allowing the most fantasy points per game, most receiving yards and third-most touchdowns to opposing wide receivers. Look for a bounce-back for Julio in this spot.
Davante Adams has remained a star in Green Bay despite the absence of Aaron Rodgers. Now No. 12 might be coming back. Adams leads the Packers with nine touchdowns on the season. He also has 69 receptions for 828 yards. In Week 14, he trounced the Cleveland Browns for 10 receptions for 84 yards and two scores. Now he gets the Carolina Panthers, a unit tied for allowing the fifth-most touchdowns to opposing wide receivers. Adams is my No. 8 wide receiver this week and a matchup-based WR1.
LONGSHOTS
Jarvis Landry was never a huge 'touchdown guy' earlier in his career, but that has changed this season. The Miami Dolphins wide receiver scored twice in Week 14 against the New England Patriots, pushing his total to eight scores on the season. Landry also has 88 receptions for 745 yards and is the third-most targeted player in the NFL. In Week 15, Landry and the Dolphins travel to face the Buffalo Bills in an AFC East clash. Buffalo owns one of the best pass defenses in the NFL, but I expect Landry to eat up the middle of the field and complement a strong running game in this spot. Landry is a WR2 here and my No. 18 option for the week.
Washington Redskins wide receiver Josh Doctson has flourished this season. Although he hasn't had more than four receptions in a game this year, he has an ability to find the end zone. Doctson has two scores in his last three games and five touchdowns on the season. I like him as a low-end WR2 or WR3 option in Week 15 against the Arizona Cardinals,
