DETROIT -- Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford limped off the field with a right leg injury after throwing a 43-yard touchdown pass to Marvin Jones early in the fourth quarter of Thursday afternoon's game against the Minnesota Vikings.

Stafford was hit low by Vikings defensive tackle Tom Johnson after releasing the ball. The officials deemed that Johnson was blocked into Stafford and no penalty was called.
