Nov. 21 (UPI) -- Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young decapitated a raw fish with his teeth on Monday Night Football.
The San Francisco 49ers legend turned ESPN NFL analyst was in Seattle for the Seattle Seahawks and Atlanta Falcons matchup Monday at CenturyLink Field. Before the game, Young teamed up with fellow analysts Randy Moss, Matt Hasselbeck and Charles Woodson to hang out with some Seattle locals, and some cast members from Deadliest Catch at the city's famous Pike Place Market.
"Stay tuned for the Randy and Charles show...Deadliest Catch? Y'all don't know what's about to go down," Woodson said on Instagram.
One of the men followed up Woodson's tease by biting the head off of a dead fish.
"I'm a Seahawk, I eat Falcons for breakfast," the man said.
1. It was the evening; 2. A fish isn't a falcon.
But I digress.
Young followed suit, sticking a fish in his mouth and clamping down his teeth, wiggling it around. He eventually spit out whatever he was able to salvage from the sea creature's slimy body.
"That's the one," Young said in another Woodson Instagram post. "I took it [the head] right off."
Moss tried to follow up Young's effort, but he proved more squeamish as he screamed and spit the 'food' out.
The stunt took place on Monday Night Countdown. Atlanta barely left the city with a 34-31 victory.
Hopefully Young left the city with a breath mint.
