Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Terrific Tom Brady is my top quarterback option for Week 11.

The Week 10 AFC Offensive Player of the Week leads this crew of talented passers with his matchup against the Oakland Raiders.

New Orleans Saints star Drew Brees, Seattle Seahawks' Russell Wilson, Oakland Raiders' Derek Carr and Kansas City Chiefs' Alex Smith are also in my top five at the position for Week 11.

Jacoby Brissett, Cam Newton, Josh McCown and the San Francisco 49ers quarterbacks should be benched as those teams all have Week 11 byes.

Read the descriptions below for more of my favorite Week 11 starts.

Here are my Top 20 options at the position this week.

TOP 20 WEEK 11 RANKINGS BELOW

TOP SHELF

New England Patriots star Tom Brady has thrown for multiple touchdowns or at least 300 yards in every game since Week 2. This week will be no different. Brady is my top option at the position in this matchup against the Oakland Raiders, a defense allowing the tenth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has a great defense backing him up this year, leading his team to a seven-game winning streak. He has failed to throw a touchdown in two of his last three games, but I see him putting up a big number in Week 11 against a Washington Redskins defense tied for allowing the fifth-most passing scores and allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.

SNEAKY PLAYS

Derek Carr and the Oakland Raiders face the New England Patriots in Week 11. Although Carr hasn't been his 2016 self, he has averaged 343 passing yards and thrown five touchdowns in his last three starts. The Raiders are also coming off of a Week 10 bye. Look for this refreshed gunslinger to torch a Patriots defense that has allowed the second-most passing yards and fantasy points per game to opposing passers. Carr is my No. 4 option for Week 11.

Kansas City Chiefs passer Alex Smith is another top option for Week 11. I have him slotted as my No. 5 option because of his juicy matchup against the New York Giants. The Giants are allowing the most fantasy points per game and touchdowns to opposing passers. New York has also allowed the fifth-most passing yards to quarterbacks. Smith has thrown 18 touchdowns against just one interception on the season. That ratio should improve here.

LONGSHOTS

New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning has thrown for multiple touchdowns two consecutive games. He also has at least 36 pass attempts in three consecutive starts. He will air it out again this week against the Kansa City Chiefs, a unit allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game and passing yards to opposing quarterbacks. Manning is a streaming option and is my No. 13 quarterback for Week 11.

Houston Texans quarterback Tom Savage is my No. 18 option for Week 11, but he could be useful if your starter is on a bye and the pickings are slim on your waiver wire. He will face an Arizona Cardinals unit allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game this season to opposing quarterbacks. Expect heavy looks for the Texans tight ends and DeAndre Hopkins in a semi-productive day for Savage.
