Nov. 5 (UPI) -- When he wasn't taking pictures of his supermodel wife, Tom Brady spent his bye week lounging in a beach-side hammock in the Bahamas.

The New England Patriots quarterback is resting his 40-year-old frame this weekend as his team takes Week 9 to heal up and prepare for a Week 10 battle against the Denver Broncos.

"Sun's out," Brady captioned on one photo over the weekend, posted on his Instagram account. That shot featured his Brazilian wife, Gisele Bundchen lying on the beach while sporting a bikini.

Brady included a heart eye emoji, some eyes and a wave on the caption for good measure.

Sun’s out......😍👀🌊

On Halloween, Brady posted a photo of himself kissing his wife. Brady was wearing an avocado costume while Gisele was a pretend slice of toast.

"The toast to my avocado...Happy Halloween everyone!" Brady wrote.

Brady's beach shot of Gisele has more than 400,000 likes.

He posted a photo of himself in a hammock with his son on Sunday.

That photo was captioned: "bye-bye, bye!"

The hammock was set up over the ocean. He geo-tagged the photo from Baker's Bay Ocean and Golf Club on Great Guana Cay. That photo has about 200,000 likes.

Gisele, 37, also posted several photos from the family vacation.

She posted a photo on Saturday featuring herself in the water with her friend Jody Joynes. In that shot, the two women are flicking their hair in the water to make the shape of a heart, using a sunset as a backdrop.

"'Love is the bridge between you and everything' - Rumi," Bundchen wrote in the caption.

But fear not Patriots fans, Brady still got in some fitness.

Gisele posted a photo of the future Hall of Famer doing a plank with his son standing on his back.

"My boys," she wrote in the caption.

The Patriots travel to face the Broncos at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12 at Sports Authority Field in Denver.
