San Francisco 49ers: Wrist injury knocks safety Jaquiski Tartt out of game

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- San Francisco 49ers free safety Jaquiski Tartt suffered a wrist injury in the second quarter against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at Levi's Stadium and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Wide receiver Trent Taylor (rib) and linebacker Elijah Lee (knee) were also hurt in the second quarter and ruled out.

Starting tight end George Kittle, who injured a leg early in the first quarter and went to the locker room, returned to action later in the first half.

Fellow tight end Cole Hikutini suffered a knee injury and went to the locker room with under 10 minutes left in the quarter. He was ruled out for the day.
