Nov. 5 (UPI) -- The Philadelphia Eagles will be taking on the Denver Broncos without tight end Zach Ertz.

Ertz was listed as an inactive for the Eagles on Sunday, 90 minutes before the 1 p.m. Week 9 contest at Lincoln Financial Field.

The fifth-year tight end ranks No. 2 among tight ends with 528 receiving yards and 43 receptions. He leads the position with six touchdowns.

Philadelphia also ruled out cornerback Ronald Darby, quarterback Nate Sudfeld, offensive tackle Taylor Hart, defensive end Steven Means, defensive tackle Elijah Qualls and wide receiver Shelton Gibson.

Quarterback Paxton Lynch, running back De'Angelo Henderson, defensive back Lorenzo Doss, linebacker Todd Davis, linebacker DeMarcus Walker, offensive lineman Donald Stephenson and wide receiver Jordan Taylor have been ruled out for the Broncos.

Denver is allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. The Broncos also are allowing a league-low 261 yards per game.

For fantasy football sake, hurry up and take Ertz out of all of your lineups. The Eagles will give more looks to Trey Burton and Brent Celek without Ertz in the fold, but they are both low-end TE2 plays.
