Oct. 8 (UPI) -- A Buffalo car dealership trolled Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton with a Harambe billboard before he faces the Buffalo Bills.

Harambe was the gorilla killed in 2016 at the Cincinnati Zoo after a boy fell into his enclosure. He has since become a viral sensation.

"You can replace Dalton, You can't replace Harambe," the billboard read from Northtown Automotive.

The dealership in Amherst, N.Y.. is the official automotive dealer of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.

Before rebounding in Week 3 against the Green Bay Packers, Dalton posted quarterback ratings of 28.4 and 76.4 in Week 1 and Week 2, respectively. He had another breakout game in Week 4, carving up the Cleveland Browns for 286 yards and four touchdowns, while completing 25-of-30 pass attempts.

Last week, the dealership posted "28-3" on its billboard. That was before they beat the Atlanta Falcons 23-17 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. The billboard was obviously in reference to the Falcons' disastrous Super Bowl loss, in which the team led 28-3, before the New England Patriots stormed back for a 34-28 win in overtime.

Northtown Automotive also trolled the Denver Broncos in Week 3 by posting "Kelly > Elway" on its billboard. Before Week 2's loss to the Carolina Panthers, the Bills fans wrote "no trade backs," referencing some former players. In Week 1, the fans wrote "McClown," referencing New York Jets quarterback Josh McCown.

The Bills (3-1) currently lead the AFC East. They take on the Bengals at 1 p.m. from Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati.
