Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Running back Terrance West was back at practice Friday for the Baltimore Ravens.

And that's not great news for Javorius Allen's fantasy value, but it doesn't kill it completely.

West was out-snapped in Sunday's win against the Cleveland Browns by Javorius Allen by a count of 43-to-16. Later it was revealed that West is dealing with a calf injury and is day-to-day. The injury is of the soft-tissue variety, according to the Baltimore Sun. West did not participate in Ravens practice on Wednesday or Thursday.

The fourth-year running back had 80 yards and a score on 19 rushing attempts in Week 1 and had 45 yards from scrimmage and a score on 10 touches in Week 2. Allen excelled in an increased role in Week 2, piling up 101 yards from scrimmage on 19 touches in Week 2. Allen had 71 yards on 21 carries in Week 1.

"I'll tell you, and 'Buck' will laugh about this, but this is exactly what I expected from him when we drafted him," Ravens coach John Harbaugh told reporters after Sunday's game. "He and I have had these conversations a lot, and to see that come to fulfillment from his hard work is great. Now, he has to keep it going, but he's making plays for us. To come up with that run at the end of the half, that's a big-league play."

Allen has been a great fill-in after the Ravens lost Danny Woodhead to injury. He was one of the hottest waiver-wire pickups for Week 3. But if West manages to play Sunday, it could put a dent in Allen's overall upside and hinder his ability to score. The Ravens also lost Pro Bowl guard Marshal Yanda for the season this week after he fractured his ankle.

The Ravens kickoff against the Jacksonville Jaguars at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Wembley Stadium in London, England. Jacksonville has allowed the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season. The Jaguars have allowed the fifth-fewest receiving yards and receptions to opposing running backs.

"First off, I have great trust in Terrance," Ravens offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg told reporters Thursday. "If he is available, we all have great trust in him to get the job done. Secondly, we have two other men [Allen and Alex Collins] that have played very, very well. Both of those guys have played at a high level with the exception of the one play I already discussed. We have great trust in all three of those men, and if they are all available, I would expect all three of them to play."

If West plays, Allen is a low-end RB2/flex play. If West is out or limited in Sunday's game, Allen is a high-end RB2.
