The Redskins will resume workouts on Wednesday as the team prepares for a preseason game next Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals at FedEx Field in Landover, Md. It's unknown whether Reed might see playing time in the Redskins' third preseason game.

The 27-year-old Reed is in his fifth season with the Redskins after being drafted out of Florida in the third round in 2013.

Last season, Reed played in 12 games and had 66 receptions for 686 yards and six touchdowns.

In four NFL seasons and 46 regular-season games, Reed has 248 catches for 2,602 yards and 20 touchdowns.
