Albrecht was an undrafted free agent out of Utah State. He started his final 25 games and made 39 appearances for the Aggies. He was an Honorable Mention All-Mountain West selection during his junior and senior seasons at the school. He will wear No. 72 for the Buccaneers. Albrecht is listed at 6-foot-5, 300 pounds.

Harris entered the NFL last offseason as an undrafted rookie free agent signing by the Kansas City Chiefs. He spent the 2016 season on injured reserve before being waived this offseason. Harris will wear No. 30. The Fort Lauderdale native and Dartmouth product is listed at 6-foot-1, 197 pounds.

The Buccaneers waived/injured cornerback Maurice Fleming and tackle Cole Gardner in corresponding moves.

Earlier this month, Gardner got into a training camp shoving match with defensive end Noah Spence before the two traded punches, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Fleming also got into a scuffle at camp when the Buccaneers practiced with the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Jacksonville.com. During that sequence, Adarius Glanton hit Jaguars wide receiver Arrelious Benn. Fleming got in between the two. Benn threw a punch before Fleming ripped off Benn's helmet.

Fleming spent the first three years of his college career at Iowa before playing for West Virginia. Gardner played tight end and offensive line at Eastern Michigan.
