Chicago Bears left guard Kyle Long was ejected from practice on Monday after he was involved in multiple skirmishes.

"There's a certain standard we have and it's something we weren't very pleased with," Bears coach John Fox said, per ESPN. "I haven't had a chance to visit with him yet, but it's something that we'll handle it internally."

Long, 28, took issue with teammates in both team and individual drills before being told to leave the practice field in Bourbonnais, Ill.

A three-time Pro Bowl selection, Long is working his way back from surgery on his right ankle.

Long is slated to earn a $6.25 million base salary this season, which is his fifth since being selected with the 20th overall pick of the 2013 draft.
