Bracy attended the Carolina Panthers' 2017 rookie minicamp for a tryout. He also participated in USA Track & Field from 2013 through 2017. He qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics in the 100-meter dash. Bracy won three consecutive U.S. National Championships in the 60-meter dash from 2014 to 2016.

He is 5-foot-9, 172 pounds.

He also dominated the track in college. Bracy was a redshirt freshman for the Florida State Seminoles while also running track. He was the top ranked runner in the country for the 60-meter dash for the majority of the season. He also earned the top seed at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships. Bracy left the school in 2013 to turn professional in the sport.

Binford signed with the Colts in June. He also spent time with the Green Bay Packers, Arizona Cardinals and the Arena League's Philadelphia Soul. Binford is listed at 6-feet, 185 pounds.

He had 978 yards and nine scores on 43 receptions in two seasons at Lindenwood University-Belleville.

If Binford clears waivers, he'll return to the team's injured reserve list.

Indianapolis now has T.Y. Hilton, Donte Moncrief, Chester Rogers, Phillip Dorsett, Quan Bray, Tevaun Smith, Fred Brown, Kamar Aiken, Bug Howard and Bracy at wide receiver.
