July 26 (UPI) -- Kris Letang might want to stick to the frozen floor after getting juked out by Terrell Owens during a training session.

The former NFL wide receiver faced off against the Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Tuesday. During the shifty sequence, Owens jukes his body to the left and right quickly, before jetting to his right. He then stops on a dime, sending Letang flying out of the picture.

"When @terrellowens breaks you ankles," Letang wrote on Twitter.

Owens wrote: "Great work today with the @NHL Champ! I think I'm ready for hockey. #Not."

The duo trained at the Adrenaline Performance Center in Montreal.

Letang is listed at 6-feet and 201 pounds, while Owens was about 6-foot-3 and 226 pounds during his playing days.

Owens, 43, hasn't played in the NFL since 2010. He was a five-time All-Pro and ranks No. 2 all-time in career receiving yards, trailing only Jerry Rice. Letang, 30, is a two-time All-Star and won his second Stanley Cup in 2016, before the Penguins' most recent postseason success.

The defenseman had neck surgery in April, which held him off the ice during the Penguins' playoff run for their June Stanley Cup victory. Letang visited a Montreal hospital with the Stanley Cup last weekend.
