June 7 (UPI) -- Odell Beckham Jr. still hasn't shown up to the New York Giants' voluntary OTAs, but he is honing his ball skills at private workouts.

Beckham was shown in a video Tuesday posted by Uninterrupted.

The video showed the superstar sitting on the ground shirtless, while making a running motion with his hands. He catches several footballs one-handed out of the jugs machine.

The three-time Pro Bowler is under contract through 2018, but has hinted that his absence from the Giants is contract related after several Twitter interactions. He retweeted an article where ESPN's Adam Schefter said if he were Beckham, he would not show up at OTAs, minicamp, or any other activity until his contract is amended to reflect his value to the franchise.

Beckham will make $1.8 million in 2017. He recently signed a deal with Nike which will pay him $5 million annually.

"Keep workin in silence.. #IGetIt," Beckham wrote on his Twitter account, retweeting the workout video.

Beckham also retweeted a tweet from former Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes, who wrote: "OTA's are dumb. No @NFL player has ever won or lost a job in OTA's outside of getting injured. @OBJ_3 doesn't need OTA's the media needs OBJ."

While Beckham drew plenty of ire for posing for a picture with Johnny Manziel during his workouts in California, he also has worked out with and gotten tips from Hall of Fame wide receiver Chris Carter.

On Wednesday, Giants wide receivers coach Adam Henry commented on Beckham's absence.

"I coach who is here," Henry told reporters. "You know the thing is that when he is here we have great work. But you know I coach who is here."

Henry also expects Beckham to return ready to go.

Beckham, 24, was ranked the No. 4 wide receiver in the NFL by Pro Football Focus after last season. He led all wide receivers in missed tackles forced in 2016. Beckham was ranked the No. 51 player in the NFL, according to the site. Beckham is set to make less than Adam Thielen, Cole Beasley, Brandon LaFell, Markus Wheaton, Travis Benjamin and many other wide receivers whom he has outperformed in the last few seasons.

Giants owner John Mara said the franchise wants Beckham "to be a Giant for the rest of his career," according to the Record.

Giants minicamp begins Tuesday. Beckham has said that he plans to attend the mandatory practices.
