The Philadelphia Eagles signed defensive tackle Gabe Wright to a one-year contract Monday to add depth at the position.

The 6-foot-3, 305-pound Wright, a fourth-round pick of Detroit out of Auburn in 2015, played in 12 games over the past two seasons with the Lions and Cleveland Browns, making 10 tackles.

Wright, 25, played in seven games as a rookie before landing with the Browns in 2016. He played in five games last season while bouncing back and forth between the active roster and practice squad.
