The Baltimore Ravens signed Brandon Boykin and Al-Hajj Shabazz to contracts on Monday and parted ways with fellow cornerback Kyle Arrington.

The move comes four days after Baltimore lost starting cornerback Tavon Young to a season-ending torn ACL.

Boykin, who missed all of last season with a torn pectoral muscle, had eight interceptions in 64 career games with the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers.

A fourth-round pick of the Eagles in 2012, Boykin signed with the Carolina Panthers in March 2016 before being cut two months later. The 26-year-old then joined the Chicago Bears in July before being placed on injured reserve with the pectoral injury one week after arriving in the Windy City.

Shabazz played in one game with the Houston Texans last season before participating in six contests with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The 24-year-old made one tackle during the 2016 season.

Arrington, who missed all last season because of a concussion, was released with a failed physical designation. The move frees up approximately $2.1 million in cap space.
